Order from suppliers, receive what actually arrived, move stock between branches and keep an eye on what expires. Every movement is recorded.

Purchase orders
Order from a supplier for a branch or store, with quantities and costs, and mark it sent.
Receive deliveries
Receive all of an order or only what came, with the delivery note number. You can also receive stock without an order.
Costs kept up to date
Each delivery records what you paid, so you see each supplier's latest price and your average cost per item.
Batches and expiry dates
For items that need it, enter the batch number and expiry date as stock comes in. Sales take the batch that expires first.
Expiring-soon alerts
The dashboard lists batches that have expired or expire in the next 30 days. Expired stock can't be sold or transferred, and you can write it off.
Transfers between branches
Send stock from one outlet or warehouse to another. It leaves when dispatched, arrives when the other side receives it, and any shortage is recorded.
