Orders from DukaFiti shoppers, straight to your shop
When a shopper orders from your store page on the DukaFiti marketplace, you get an email and the order waits in Online orders. Call them, confirm, and serve them your way.
You hear about it
Every new order is emailed to you and listed in Online orders with the customer's name, phone, items and total.
Confirm with a call
Call the customer from the order, confirm what they want and choose which branch will serve it.
Pickup or delivery
Mark the order ready for pickup or out for delivery. The customer gets an email at each step.
Take payment
Record cash or an M-Pesa code against the order. With your M-Pesa API connected, customers can also pay with a prompt from the link in their email.
Completed means sold
Completing the order turns it into a sale: stock goes down, and it shows in your sales and reports like any other.
Nothing left hanging
Cancel with a reason that goes to the customer. Orders not confirmed within 48 hours close on their own and the customer is told.
