Billing Policy

Shoppers

Shoppers do not pay DukaFiti. You pay the shop directly for your order, using the payment details the shop gives you (for example M-Pesa to the shop's till or paybill, or cash). Use your order number as the payment reference so the shop can match it.

Shops

Shops pay for their DukaFiti plan as shown on the Plan & upgrade page in the merchant panel, including any one-off setup fee, monthly or yearly price and payment processing fee. Prices are in Kenya shillings.
